Udav Serawa is a newer area among the seven major Ceylon tea producing areas, independent of the area between Nuwara Eliya and Uva. At an altitude of 1300-1600m, it becomes High Grown Tea.
It is characterized by a rose-like floral scent with a well-balanced bitterness and sweetness. The tea leaves are green, and when straight, they turn bright red.
We recommend drinking it straight, but you can also enjoy the gentle taste with milk tea.
